Dr. Ma is a serial entrepreneur, investor and social activist with business interests in international consulting, clean tech, education, life science and media, among others.

As a senior angel investor, fund manager and investment banking professional, Annie has more than 20 years experiences of financial management and asset management, direct investment, and family office operations. Before she started her own companies, Annie worked for UNIDO, Shanghai New Margin Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Air China before she came to further her studies in USA in 1999.

Since 2003, Annie has been Chairwoman and CEO of Ample Luck International Capital Group, of Beijing Zhongchuang Fengxiang Educational Technology Corp., and of Ample Luck Medic Group, Beijing Jin Se Hao Yu Media. She has also served as a partner and vice chairwoman of Chinese Red Strategic Ming Fund, Partner and Investment Advisory Committee member of Jun Yuan-Tong Sheng Venture Capital, Partner of Alpview Venture Capital; Founding Partner and Board Director of Apptech Gateway, and Financial Investor and Board member of Northern Pharmaceutical Group of Canada. Through her own company and funds she manages, Annie and her team has successfully helped more than 100 companies globally to do fund raising, M&A and IPO as well as direct investment into the companies.

 I am a Master Electrician with 38 years of experience in energy rebates and clean technology installation. Working for my family-owned Electrical Contractor across multiple states, primarily based in Washington. I had the privilege of contributing to the development, design and construction of the first smart city in Issaquah, Washington in collaboration with Microsoft, Blakely Development and Trammel Crow Construction.

After discovering my first brain tumor in 1987, I pivoted my expertise in biopharming techniques for the recreational use of marijuana to a medical pursuit, ultimately discovering carbon sequestration. In 1996, I began conducting clinical trials with Cannabis Sativa L. to explore its potential for treating Glioblastoma multiforme.

In 2019, I merged my other companies into Kompo Green Inc and shifted my focus to establishing a botanical drugs/pharmaceutical company that brings together Eastern and Western medicine to promote health and wellness. My team and I have made significant strides towards this goal, establishing clinical trials for diabetes, anxiety, PTSD, TBI and pain management. We have also received accreditation with the UNFCCC, World Bank, DOE, and EPA, enabling us to become a carbon registry and establish carbon projects worldwide. Through our commitment to green and blue technologies, we are proud to have a positive global impact.

   I am driven to proactively address the three major weak points that plague every industry I've worked in: insufficient data utilization, prioritizing profit over regulatory compliance, and prioritizing competition over collaboration. My ultimate goal is to cultivate a company culture that values and prioritizes these areas of improvement.

To achieve this goal, I envision my corporation as a dynamic ecosystem of diverse individuals and innovative ideas that actively seek to challenge the status quo. I’ve been blessed to travel all over the world have accomplished many Humanitarian acts from the age of 12 and into my 60s, fundraising for those in need around the globe. After training with motivational speakers (Anthony Robbins, Dale Carnegie, Dr Wayne Dyer), I mentored with Conrad Hilton, Win Schuler, and Donald Smith to fine-tune my skills in service and have held a wide variety of leadership positions leading others in entrepreneurial ventures.

I have been a co-owner of my family-owned company for over six years! During this time, I have gained extensive expertise in multiple aspects of the industry, and my passion for botanicals has only grown stronger. 

I am particularly excited about the medicinal benefits of botanical drugs, and I am thrilled to have learned more about the positive effects of botanical drugs on liver disease and mental health disorders.

Life Science Systems, Inc -a personal protective gear (HAZMAT) designer and provider for laboratories and first responders.  Ebert and Ebert Consulting where we advised and trained municipalities, laboratories, and businesses for dealing with NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) spills and emergencies.  

I am an avid supporter of equal rights for ALL, regardless of sexual orientation, religion, race, or creed. Aloha  I’m with the Hawaii Hui Team/KGI.  Born and raised in California, I’ve traveled across the country in my adventures.  As a newer member of the Hawaii Hui Team –KGI, I bring my experience as a 15 –year small business partner/co-owner of a cable and wire harness manufacturing business, as well as an administrative career in government security management. Utilizing my experience and degrees in Business Administration & Management, and Master of Security Management -Emergency Planning, I was fully successful in my positions.   My current passion has been building an off-grid home on Hawaii Island and most recently, working with the Hawaii Hui Team to assist in environmental innovation, repair, protection, and conservation.
 

Born and raised in the Philippines, I attended 2 years of college in Agriculture at Mariano Marcos State University. I migrated to Hawaii in 1977 and am currently employed by the State of Hawaii as a School Food Service Manager. Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the school kitchen to meet USDA requirements, such as planning and ordering for breakfast, lunch, and after school. I donate my time doing the required paperwork to ensure the students can have free snacks from the Federal Government 2x a week.

Aloha, my name is Elvis Julian. I’m with the Hawaii Hui Team/ KGI. I am also the KGI Ambassador to the Philippines. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii.  I started working on the family farm at a young age, when my parents would take me and my siblings to the farm when there was no school. We would volunteer to work and help where needed.  

I am an accomplished Diesel Mechanic and Welder, and also am certified to assist my mother with her elderly compassionate caregiving home. After college I started my own farm and worked as a dispatcher for various trucking/heavy equipment businesses.  

While working my farm, I am also employed with the Department of Environmental Management for the County of Hawaii, Solid Waste Division. We oversee all the County transfer stations and landfill sites on Hawaii Island  

My passions are - Farming, Family, and the Future of our planet!

I’m honored to serve on the Board of Advisors and bring my lifetime of experiences to help make the world better. I am a husband, father, Navy Veteran, research scientist, and businessperson.

As a long-time research scientist in academia, my heart lies in science for the sake of science. Pure science for learning, answering questions, and bettering the world, regardless of whether a profit is made or not. I passionately pursue science that focuses on the betterment of humankind, either through medical understanding and advances, sustainability of local or global resources through innovation, or expanding the knowledge of the chemical or physical sciences with a direct benefit to society.

Additionally, I have been passionate about animals and the environment since I was a little boy. I learned early on that all life on earth is connected to each other and that the conservation and protection of all species and habitats is important. The loss of any one species may result in significant local and global environmental changes. This ties into my love of science, as countless scientific advancements have come from the biological world and protecting the environment and biodiversity of the planet is paramount to sustaining human life.

I am grateful for the opportunity to utilize my knowledge of business and science to further our goals of socio-economic development on a global scale.

Hello, my name is Anna Olivera. I was born in 2006, and I joined Kompo Green Inc. |Prolific- Fund in January of 2023 as its first-ever Next-Generation Leader Mentee. I aim to improve the state of the natural world to a point where it is not only sustainable but is able to thrive. People my age will have to live in the world that has been left to us, and I refuse to be left with an earth that is quickly spiraling down into destruction. In addition, I fight to improve the assistance of transgender individuals and other marginalized communities. Our world is only as strong as its weakest links, and a successful society cannot be built off of fear and hatred. When I was in 3rd grade, I was challenged to test my literary competence by writing five essays per week, every week, for three years. I succeeded, and have been enhancing this natural aptitude for language ever since. I now use my improved linguistic proficiency to write statements and project proposals for the Kompo Green Inc. |Prolific- Fund team. I’m proud to be assisting in a cause so just, and I am excited to change the world for the better.

Aloha – I joined the Hawaii Hui Team during the summer of 2022.

Living in Santa Cruz County, I co-founded a construction business - providing the administrative functions for this successful small business. During this time, I regularly volunteered at the Siena House Maternity Home, where women could come to a safe place during their pregnancy, birth, and for three or four months after the birth. We would help them build parenting skills and nurture their babies. It was extremely fulfilling, and I’ve been looking for similar programs since I moved to Hawaii County.

Upon my arrival in Hawaii 6 years ago, I’ve worked in the hospitality and retail fields, but concentrated on obtaining my real estate license, which was granted at the end of 2019, just before the world shut down.

I have a passion to be involved in something meaningful and purposeful to help our children and grandchildren - show them an example of what good can be done for their world and lifestyles. Something that makes a difference and really matters. What better way to teach them than by being an example?!

A strategic, multidisciplinary business professional with an eye for innovation and over twenty years of business ownership. As the managing partner and founder of ready mix, sand, and gravel operations in Arizona and the Bak ken oil fields of North Dakota, Scott has an extensive background in creating and managing all phases of business development and growth. Scott’s motivation for leadership and work ethic was influenced by his maternal grandfather who allowed Scott at the tender age of twelve, to travel and work in the construction industry. Jason's decision to invest in KGI stems from personal experiences and a deep-seated desire to alleviate or even eliminate debilitating medical conditions. His strongest example was from his late father Jim, who survived multiple maxillofacial amputations caused by basal cell carcinoma, first diagnosed in 1982, and exemplified a can-do attitude through any difficulty, consistently for 30 years  
His cousins Jerry, Matt, Kelsey, and Landon have all been diagnosed on the spectrum, & have required strong support in all facets. His close friends were blessed with twin boys, born prematurely, and then spent their next few years healing in the neonatal intensive care unit, then covid. These experiences have inspired him to work towards finding solutions to these difficult challenges for the betterment of mankind. My goal is to bridge this gap by developing affordable housing options that cater to individuals in this income bracket. Genove Martinez Rivas is an entrepreneur born in El Salvador's rural region of El Coco, Chalchuapa. Despite the challenges of growing up during the civil war, Genove's father instilled in him the value of education and hard work. After graduating high school, Genove pursued technical electrical engineering, eventually becoming an electrician. He continued his education by attending night school and university to study business. While he did not complete his bachelor's degree, he gained invaluable knowledge that helped him become a successful entrepreneur.
Throughout his career, Genove has owned various businesses and has always sought to help others while being successful. His businesses have included selling ice cream, fish farming, construction projects, roofing, and janitorial services. During his time in janitorial services, he was involved in recycling processes for plastic and compost, working to improve air and water quality.
Genove's experiences make him well-equipped to contribute to the international clean water initiative. His expertise in environmental issues, including improving air and water quality, will be an asset in providing safe and clean drinking water to communities in need. Hello, My name is Alexander Allen; I’m a tri-racial person who calls Houston Texas home. I come from a public service family, both my mom and dad are retired HPD officers. Subsequently right after high school I went to college to become an EMT/firefighter. As my life changed and I grew I went on to several different occupations. I currently have the opportunity to work as a board certified neurology technician while simultaneously working as the owner and operator of Alexander’s Brew coffee company. with me I bring 10 plus years of public relations and customer service. Having participated in high stress situations I have been able to sharpen my critical thinking skills. Working in an environment where I must deal with other peoples emergencies has helped me develop a compassionate heart with a strong need to help when it’s within my abilities to do so. I join the El Salvador group to help the Salvadoran people live better, stay in their beautiful country and have a more prosperous life. El Salvador has truly taken a place in my heart as my wife’s family originates from there and having been there multiple times I have truly enjoyed the country and it’s people it would be a privilege to help them in any way I can. Abiodun is a renowned Renewable Energy expert with a specialization in Biomass. As the pioneer of a Bioenergy project at Lagos State University, Ojo, Nigeria, he uncovered the immense potential of Biomass in combating climate change, addressing energy poverty, and mitigating environmental issues in Africa.Through his extensive research and expertise, Abiodun has successfully developed small-scale biogas digesters. He also took the lead in forming a strategic partnership, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the largest pig farm estate in Africa. This collaboration aims to utilize the animal dung generated on the farm for renewable energy production, introducing the innovative concept of waste-to-energy to various organizations in Nigeria.Abiodun's contributions to the field of Biomass Energy are evident in his two published papers, which have gained recognition within the academic community. His expertise has also been sought after, leading him to be invited as a distinguished speaker on Bioenergy at prestigious corporate events.Furthermore, Abiodun's influence extends beyond academia. He has represented numerous international companies from the United States, India, United Kingdom, Turkey, and China, assisting them in bidding for contracts and facilitating the growth of their Energy businesses in Nigeria.  Hazel Akinyi is a young woman from rural Kenya who is passionate about Renewable Energy Access. She is an Environmental Scientist on a quest to establish sustainable communities through the use of sustainable energy solutions. She believes that in order to achieve Social Equity, everyone must be provided an equal opportunity, as well as an enabling environment for progress in our neglected areas. The societal improvements she seeks begin with socioeconomic empowerment, especially for women.She is motivated to provide them with the tools necessary for economic growth to facilitate access to clean water, electricity and wellness . One of her key goals is to mentor and inspire the next generation of passionate and brave changemakers.  

With a strong background in civil engineering, this professional is highly skilled in project management and delivering exceptional results. Assistant Professor at Aden University's Economic College, where he has been working since May 2001. He completed his Doctorate (PhD) in Strategic Management of Investments in Firms from Dimiter A. Tsenov University in Svishtov, Bulgaria, in January 1997. Prior to that, he obtained an MA in Socio-Economic Planning from the same university in April 1991. Additionally, he completed an 18-month diploma program in International Economic Relations from the same university in July 1996.
Dr. Awadh has extensive experience in the field of small business management, having served as a Project Advisor for the Small Enterprises Promotion Project, GTZ in Taiz City from January 2003 to October 2004. He also headed the Training and Rehabilitation Section at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Aden, Yemen, from January 2001 to January 2002.
At Aden University, Dr. Awadh teaches several subjects, including Management Principles, Marketing Principles, Small Business Management, Total Quality Management, and Marketing Studies for MA Students. He has also supervised several graduation projects for BA students and MA studies. Moreover, he has participated in several conferences and workshops, including the 5th Businessmen Conference, the Development of Small Business Strategy Conference, and the 37th Period Meeting of the Executive Committee for the Islamic Chamber for Trade and Industry.
