Founding members

 I am a Master Electrician with 38 years of experience in energy rebates and clean technology installation. Working for my family-owned Electrical Contractor across multiple states, primarily based in Washington. I had the privilege of contributing to the development, design and construction of the first smart city in Issaquah, Washington in collaboration with Microsoft, Blakely Development and Trammel Crow Construction.

After discovering my first brain tumor in 1987, I pivoted my expertise in biopharming techniques for the recreational use of marijuana to a medical pursuit, ultimately discovering carbon sequestration. In 1996, I began conducting clinical trials with Cannabis Sativa L. to explore its potential for treating Glioblastoma multiforme.

In 2019, I merged my other companies into Kompo Green Inc and shifted my focus to establishing a botanical drugs/pharmaceutical company that brings together Eastern and Western medicine to promote health and wellness. My team and I have made significant strides towards this goal, establishing clinical trials for diabetes, anxiety, PTSD, TBI and pain management. We have also received accreditation with the UNFCCC, World Bank, DOE, and EPA, enabling us to become a carbon registry and establish carbon projects worldwide. Through our commitment to green and blue technologies, we are proud to have a positive global impact.

   I am driven to proactively address the three major weak points that plague every industry I've worked in: insufficient data utilization, prioritizing profit over regulatory compliance, and prioritizing competition over collaboration. My ultimate goal is to cultivate a company culture that values and prioritizes these areas of improvement.

To achieve this goal, I envision my corporation as a dynamic ecosystem of diverse individuals and innovative ideas that actively seek to challenge the status quo. Rather than adhering to conventional business practices, my colleagues and I are committed to making a positive impact on the industry through proactive change and collaboration.

Driven by this commitment, Karen pursued a degree in Environmental Science, where she excelled academically and cultivated her passion for sustainable development.  Dr. Nicholas Dungey is a Professor of Political Philosophy, International Relations and Global Security Issues. He has held multiple academic and institutional positions. California State University, Northridge Full Professor of Political Philosophy and Social Justice. Anglo-American University Visiting Professor of Humanities and Politics Prague, Czech Republic. Institute for International Relations (Prague, Czech Republic). Research Fellow and Advisor The Center for European Security (Prague, Czech Republic). Research Fellow and Advisor He has also taught at the University of California, Davis, and the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is the author of, Franz Kafka and Michel Foucault: Power, Resistance, and the Art of SelfCreation (Lexington Books, 2015), and nine peer-review academic articles. He is an internationally recognized scholar on Modern and Postmodern Philosophy and an emergent thought leader in the development of the coming Environmental and Social Impact Paradigm. He has written extensively on Martin Heidegger, Jacques Derrida, Michel Foucault, Friedrich Nietzsche, Thomas Hobbes, Franz Kafka and William Shakespeare. Dr. Dungey is the recipient of over thirty Distinguished Teaching Awards, and in 2006 was nominated for the prestigious Carnegie Foundation’s “US Professor of the Year” award. He is also the Founder of Reluvotion. Reluvotion is a social good mobile app and website built entirely for, and dedicated to, the improvement and transformation of the lives of others, the environment, and the social and political community. Reluvotion is a local and global community that brings together powerful ideas, inspired and engaged individuals, non-profits, NGO’s, social and political agencies and private companies and mobilizes these forces into the service of all forms of positive change. Reluvotion allows people of all environmental, economic, social, and political persuasions who want world change to easily connect and begin working together to turn their transformative ideas into reality. 

A dedicated climate activist and veterinarian specializing  in zoo animal breeding and Wildlife Conservation. He's currently serving as the project director of Achieving Food Security through Climate Resilient Sustainable Dairy Value Chain and is also a Foreign Expectorate with Nigerians Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation. His work spans multiple global platforms, including his role as Climate Advisor at the Silicon Valley Institute for Climate Change in the USA and as the Executive Member at Climate Forward Pakistan, The Climate Club UAE, and Green Thinkers Ethiopia

Dr, Hasnain is a passionate advocate for sustainable food systems, circular economy practices, and climate justice. His involvement in the major international forums, including COP 29 and the Asian Energy Transition Summit, Showcases  his commitment to building a resilient and sustainable future. 

Michael earned his degree in Economics and International Relations from Wesleyan University, launching a successful 10-year career in finance. However, after a personal health scare, he shifted his focus toward education and community service, returning to school to become a certified Biology, Social Studies, and Library teacher. He dedicated several years to working with underserved youth in alternative schools throughout Philadelphia, where his passion for helping marginalized communities grew even stronger.

Michael's commitment to both socioeconomic and environmental justice has been a driving force throughout his career. His work with underserved communities in Philadelphia, combined with his deep interest in sustainability, inspired him to seek opportunities that unite these two causes. Since joining Climate Care Innovations, Michael has focused on generating impactful resources aimed at addressing the intersection of environmental and social inequities. His work emphasizes providing underserved communities—both domestically and globally—with access to sustainable resources, while advancing initiatives that promote both socioeconomic upliftment and environmental stewardship.

His leadership reflects a long-standing dedication to creating positive, lasting change for vulnerable populations, blending financial acumen with a vision for environmental justice that benefits everyone.

As the managing partner and founder of ready mix, sand, and gravel operations in Arizona and the Bak ken oil fields of North Dakota, Scott has an extensive background in creating and managing all phases of business development and growth. Scott’s motivation for leadership and work ethic was influenced by his maternal grandfather who allowed Scott at the tender age of twelve, to travel and work in the construction industry. Scott has an instinctive ability to seek out business opportunities, and network with business associates in strategic areas globally. 

Scott’s current focus is business development in West Africa, (Senegal, Mauritania, Angola, and Nigeria). His unique ability to formulate a business plan embracing the concept ”that every effort is made to insure that product acquisition and delivery are of the highest standards and exceeds our client’s expectations. His pride and joy are his four awesome children and his dedicated wife.”

Abiodun is a renowned Renewable Energy expert with a specialization in Biomass. As the pioneer of a Bioenergy project at Lagos State University, Ojo, Nigeria, he uncovered the immense potential of Biomass in combating climate change, addressing energy poverty, and mitigating environmental issues in Africa.Through his extensive research and expertise, Abiodun has successfully developed small-scale biogas digesters. He also took the lead in forming a strategic partnership, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the largest pig farm estate in Africa. This collaboration aims to utilize the animal dung generated on the farm for renewable energy production, introducing the innovative concept of waste-to-energy to various organizations in Nigeria.Abiodun's contributions to the field of Biomass Energy are evident in his two published papers, which have gained recognition within the academic community. His expertise has also been sought after, leading him to be invited as a distinguished speaker on Bioenergy at prestigious corporate events.Furthermore, Abiodun's influence extends beyond academia. He has represented numerous international companies from the United States, India, United Kingdom, Turkey, and China, assisting them in bidding for contracts and facilitating the growth of their Energy businesses in Nigeria. His efforts have played a crucial role in promoting renewable energy adoption and driving sustainable development in the country. 

 Hazel Akinyi is a young woman from rural Kenya who is passionate about Renewable Energy Access. She is an Environmental Scientist on a quest to establish sustainable communities through the use of sustainable energy solutions. She believes that in order to achieve Social Equity, everyone must be provided an equal opportunity, as well as an enabling environment for progress in our neglected areas. The societal improvements she seeks begin with socioeconomic empowerment, especially for women.She is motivated to provide them with the tools necessary for economic growth to facilitate access to clean water, electricity and wellness . One of her key goals is to mentor and inspire the next generation of passionate and brave changemakers.  

With a strong background in civil engineering, this professional is highly skilled in project management and delivering exceptional results. Their expertise lies in directing missions, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They actively contribute to all aspects of project execution, including production, deliverable preparation, and commercial development. Additionally, their responsibilities include budgetary follow-up, profitability assessment, and participation in the development of expertises. This individual is also a member of the organizing committee for the international circular economy conference, ICCC-TALK 2022.Their technical skills encompass various areas within civil engineering. They are experienced in site localization and description using tools like Google Earth and QGIS.  Namasani Musa is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of successfully managing resources and staff to improve educational services, thereby providing pupils and teachers with the best environment to achieve their full potential. Assistant Professor at Aden University's Economic College, where he has been working since May 2001. He completed his Doctorate (PhD) in Strategic Management of Investments in Firms from Dimiter A. Tsenov University in Svishtov, Bulgaria, in January 1997. Prior to that, he obtained an MA in Socio-Economic Planning from the same university in April 1991. Additionally, he completed an 18-month diploma program in International Economic Relations from the same university in July 1996.
Dr. Awadh has extensive experience in the field of small business management, having served as a Project Advisor for the Small Enterprises Promotion Project, GTZ in Taiz City from January 2003 to October 2004. He also headed the Training and Rehabilitation Section at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Aden, Yemen, from January 2001 to January 2002.
At Aden University, Dr. Awadh teaches several subjects, including Management Principles, Marketing Principles, Small Business Management, Total Quality Management, and Marketing Studies for MA Students. He has also supervised several graduation projects for BA students and MA studies. Moreover, he has participated in several conferences and workshops, including the 5th Businessmen Conference, the Development of Small Business Strategy Conference, and the 37th Period Meeting of the Executive Committee for the Islamic Chamber for Trade and Industry.
Apart from his academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Awadh is an active member of the Aden Wise Men Chair and has previously served as a constructive member of the High Committee of Aden Sons & Inhabitants and an EX-Member of Shamsan Sport Club Board. He is fluent in Arabic, with excellent proficiency in Bulgarian and very good proficiency in English. 

With a solid 9-year tenure in the legal profession, I am well-versed in a range of disciplines including civil, SARFAESI, banking, consumer, and corporate laws. My expertise extends to meticulously vetting documents for legal purposes, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. I am recognized for my decisive, efficient team approach, underpinned by exceptional communication skills.

I thrive on overcoming challenging situations, demonstrating perseverance, commitment, and dedication to achieve desired outcomes. I am proficient in communication and relationship management, excelling at team building to ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment. I've been involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing portfolio quality and have been instrumental in managing legal activities across Andhra Pradesh (AP) & Telangana (TG).

My scope of work includes initiating legal action against delinquent borrowers, issuing legal notices, and initiating Civil, SERFAESI & DRT against delinquent entities. I'm experienced in representing the company, handling matters with empaneled vendors, and dealing efficiently with cases of delinquency.

One of my primary responsibilities includes filing Sec Execution petitions against default customers under the SARFAESI Act, and strategically moving forward with seizing their immovable properties. I'm proficient in managing post-award activities, and have hands-on experience in executing warrants, serving notices, and creating necessary pressure on default customers for recovery.

I also take the lead in arbitration activities for AP & TG, filing petitions against default customers, attaching their movable and immovable properties, and obtaining arrest warrants as required.

Prevention of fraudulent activities by customers and employees is a critical part of my role. I'm well-versed in monitoring and managing skip and fraud customers, ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded. I coordinate with panel advocates across various locations, providing proper guidance and oversight.

My vendor management skills are noteworthy. I maintain a strong rapport with multiple vendors across multiple locations within the state, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. My wide-ranging legal expertise, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, makes me a valuable asset in any legal environment.
