Each property acquired will be integrated into a Carbon Offset Project, allowing the properties to produce recurring carbon credits. These credits are an asset class and a tradable commodity that can be held in trust and monetized for both profit and socioeconomic impact. The potential for Commercial Real Estate Syndication Plan and its partners to purchase the properties substantially below market, renovate them with Net Zero goals in mind, and reposition them in a thriving marketplace is tremendous. The resulting repositioning will create an asset that provides cash flow to partners, substantial growth in equity, and considerable benefits of tax deferral. The properties will be purchased for $300,000 - $5,000,000 per unit, dependent upon its project activities, and at under-market value in strategic locations.
To minimize the potential for loss, the properties will be purchased with an allocation of currently held Carbon Credits, which will be monetized within a year of purchase.
